Circles of Control
A one-page Stoic worksheet drawn as three concentric rings. Dump whatever is weighing on you, then sort each item by how much power you actually have over it: the core is what you control, the middle ring what you can influence, the outer ring what you must accept. A few lines fit in each band, and it closes with the single thing in your control you'll act on today. Anxiety lives in the gap between what you're carrying and what you can actually move — sort your worries by that line and spend your energy at the centre. Leave any line blank to fill in by hand.
- Best for
- Calming a spiral by separating what you can act on from what you can only carry.
