Empathy Map
A one-page empathy map drawn the classic way — one real person at the centre with the goal you're exploring on their behalf, four quadrants around them (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels), and two outcome cells beneath for their Pains and Gains. Name the person and the goal, then fill each zone from their point of view: quote what they say out loud, infer what they think and feel from what they actually do, then land on what blocks them and what a real win looks like. It's a fast way to step out of your own head and design for theirs. Print it blank to run a session by hand. Leave any zone empty to fill in later.
