The Feynman Sheet
A one-page worksheet for learning something by explaining it — the Feynman technique in four descending stages. Name the concept, explain it in plain words as if to a twelve-year-old, mark where your explanation broke down or reached for a word you couldn't define, then refine it and pin it to one everyday analogy. It closes with a confidence check: could you teach this now? The gaps you can name are the gaps you can close, and the test of understanding is whether you can explain it. Leave any line blank to work through by hand.
