GROW Coaching Card
A one-page coaching canvas built on John Whitmore's GROW model — the questioning framework behind modern performance coaching. Name the topic you're working through, then walk the conversation across four quadrants: Goal (what do you want?), Reality (what's actually happening now?), Options (what could you do?), and Will (what will you do, and by when?). It closes with a first step, a date, and a 1–10 scale to circle how committed you really are. The point is to ask, not tell — the person with the problem does the thinking. Works as a 1-on-1 aid for a manager or mentor, or as a self-coaching sheet to talk yourself through something stuck. Print it blank to run the conversation live.

Best for: Coaching someone — or yourself — through a stuck problem by asking the right questions instead of handing over the answer.
