Habit Contract
A one-page commitment device you fill in and sign by hand. State the habit as a plain intention — I will do this, at this time, in this place — name the identity behind it, then set the terms: how you'll track it, the two-minute minimum so you never fully miss, and the recovery rule so a slip never becomes a spiral. Put real stakes on both sides, name who's holding you accountable, then sign and date it. A habit you've signed for is harder to walk away from than one you merely meant to keep. Leave anything blank to write in by hand.
