MoSCoW Prioritization
A one-page MoSCoW board that cuts a long wish-list down to a real plan. Name what you're prioritising, then sort every item into four lanes — Must have (it fails without these), Should have (important, but there's a workaround), Could have (nice if time and budget allow), and Won't have this time (explicitly out of scope, not never). The lanes shade from bold to muted so the priority order reads at a glance. Be honest about the must-have list — if everything is a must, nothing is — and an explicit won't-have list is what keeps the scope real. Print it blank to sort by hand.
