SMART Goal
A one-page SMART goal worksheet that turns a vague wish into something you can actually chase. Write the goal in a sentence, then sharpen it against the five criteria — Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound — a line or two under each big letter tile. Finish by naming a first step and a deadline so the goal has a starting point and an end date. A vague goal is a wish; a specific one with a number, a reason, and a date is a plan. Print it blank to work through by hand.
