Start · Stop · Keep
The simplest honest review there is, on one page. Three columns steer whatever you're running — a role, a quarter, a team, a project, or your own habits: what to START doing that you're not, what to STOP doing that's costing you, and what's working that you'll KEEP. Naming the stops matters as much as the starts — clearing the wrong things creates as much room as adding the right ones, and most reviews only ever add. Up to six items each, listed one per line. It all funnels to the part most reviews skip: the single change you'll actually make this week. Because a review that names everything and changes nothing is just a list. Run it on a regular cadence — weekly, monthly, per sprint — and the compounding is in the repetition. Fill it in to leave with one concrete move, or print it blank and work the three columns by hand.
