Value Proposition Canvas
A one-page Value Proposition Canvas laid out the way Alexander Osterwalder drew it — two halves that have to fit. On the right, the Customer Profile (the circle): the Jobs they're trying to get done, their Pains, and the Gains they want. On the left, the Value Map (the square): your Products & Services, the Pain Relievers that kill specific pains, and the Gain Creators that produce the outcomes they're after. The two sides are stacked so each row reads as a fit pair — products against jobs, relievers against pains, creators against gains. Name the value proposition and the customer segment at the top, then build the profile first from what the customer actually does before you design the map to fit it. You have fit when your relievers and creators land on the pains and gains that matter most. Print it blank to run a workshop by hand, or leave any zone empty to fill in later.
