Now / Next / Later Roadmap
A one-page Now / Next / Later roadmap — the simplest way to show what's happening without pretending you know the exact dates. Name what the roadmap is for, then list items under three horizons: Now (in progress or starting this cycle), Next (lined up right after), and Later (on the radar; revisit when the time comes). Each line becomes a card in that band, and the bands fade from bold to faint so the sequence reads at a glance. A roadmap is about order, not deadlines — keep the Now band short and honest, and let items earn their way up as the work ships. Print it blank to plan on the wall.
