-
Mark it up
Circle what is working. Draw arrows where one part feeds another, and cross out what you are ready to drop.
-
Pick the next move
Write one change for the next 90 days in the box at the bottom, export the page, and put it where you will see it.
Questions
-
Is Advanced Life Canvas free?
Yes. Drawing, the templates and the PNG and PDF exports are free, and you do not need an account.
-
Where is my canvas saved?
In this browser, automatically, after every change. If you are signed in, it is also saved to your HourLife account, so it opens on your other devices, and you can delete it there in Settings. Signed out, nothing is uploaded. Clearing your browser data removes it, so export a PNG or PDF to keep a copy.
-
Can I add my own photos?
Yes. Add one or several images, then move, scale and rotate them like any other shape. They stay in your browser.
-
What can I draw with it?
Free-hand strokes, lines, arrows, rectangles, circles and text, in twelve colours. Every piece can be moved, resized, rotated and recoloured after you draw it.
-
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
It opens anywhere, but it is made for a mouse or trackpad on a larger screen. On a phone, the templates and free draw work best.
-
What is a life map?
A one-page picture of the parts of your life and how they connect: what you are giving time to, what you want more of, and what to change next. The templates are starting points; draw over them.
Your life, on one sheet
Your canvas saves in this browser as you draw. Signed in, it is also kept in your account; signed out, nothing you draw is uploaded.
Keep this going in the app.
HourLife turns these ideas into a daily system — goals, habits, focus, and reflection in one private place.
