The Building Survey
A chartered surveyor's condition report on a life structure — the flat, the routine, the marriage of work and rest. Six elements get a condition rating, a named defect, and an urgency band (category 1–3). Works recommended within twelve months sit below. Distinct from the Maintenance Manual, which is an ongoing service schedule: this sheet is a one-time survey of what is failing now. The tinted panel counts category-1 defects — the ones that need works within the year.
