The Customs Declaration
A border-control form for crossing into a new phase — what you're bringing, what's over the limit, what must be declared, and what you're leaving at the border. Distinct from the Exit Interview (closing what you leave) and the Permission Slip (leave to stop): this sheet is the entry stamp. An honesty strip checks claims of 'nothing to declare'; the tinted panel counts how many of those claims actually need declaring.
