The Exit Interview
A formal exit interview with yourself for leaving a role, habit, or identity cleanly — not as a rant, as a form. Name what you are departing from, since when, the last day, and why now. Split what you take with you from what you leave behind, then name what you refuse to import into the next thing. The notice list is the point: who still needs to be told, and who already has been. The tinted panel counts people still unmarked, because an ending that stays fully private tends to reopen.
