The Fire Drill
A practice evacuation sheet for overloaded commitments — name each hazard, the exit route out of it, how long clearing takes, and when you last drilled. Distinct from the Escalation Matrix (when to speak up) and the Ration Book (capping spend): this sheet asks whether exits have been practiced. The tinted panel counts hazards never drilled.
- Best for
- Finding which overloaded patterns you only hope you could escape — and drilling the ones that matter.
