The Second Opinion
A referral letter to a specialist about a decision you have already made — not a blank decision journal. Name the call, write your diagnosis on the left (each reason paired with what would change your mind), and draft the questions a cold second clinician would ask on the right. The tinted panel counts how many reasons survive that falsifier test: an unfalsifiable reason fails the referral.
