The Trail Map
A ski-resort trail map for your work, where the runs are graded by difficulty instead of ordered by sequence. Name the mountain and the season, then sort what's in front of you into three tiers with the symbols printed the way a real map prints them: green circle for the easy runs you could still finish on a day with nothing left in the tank, blue square for steady work you can hold all afternoon, black diamond for the one run you keep skiing past. Every run carries an honest vertical drop — "2h", "half a day", "45 min, dreaded" — so the cost is on the map instead of in your head. Below the terrain: one boxed TODAY'S RUN (one, not the whole mountain), a lift status strip covering what's running, what's on hold, and what's closed for the season, and a ski patrol line naming who you call when you're stuck halfway down something you shouldn't have started. Most planning tools ask what's most important. This one asks what you can actually ski today.
