Free PDFs · Letter or A4

Your 2026 review, on paper.

Four blank pages for looking back with a pen: one sheet for a short sitting, a workbook for a long one, the year by month, and a bridge into 2027.

Pick the one that fits the time you have

Each asks the same six things as the online review: remember, acknowledge, notice, choose, carry forward and keep.

Then carry it into 2027

The workbook's last page and the 2026 to 2027 sheet end on the same box. Its lines are the 2027 planner's own questions, in its order, so what you write by hand copies across one line at a time.

Or answer the online review and choose which answers to send to the planner, with nothing to copy. The 2027 calendar prints too.

Questions

Are these PDFs free?

Yes. There is no account and no email. Download as many as you like and print them as often as you like.

Letter or A4?

Letter is the US paper size and A4 is the size most other countries use. Each PDF comes in both, laid out for that page rather than shrunk to fit.

Which one should I print?

The one-page review if you have twenty minutes. The full workbook if you want an evening, or a few. Twelve months if your memory works by month. 2026 to 2027 if you mostly want to decide what comes next.

Does HourLife see what I write?

No. The PDFs are blank and the same for everyone, and nothing you write on paper reaches us. If you would rather type, the online review keeps your answers on your device.

How does the paper connect to the 2027 planner?

The “Carry into 2027” box on the workbook and on 2026 to 2027 asks the planner's own questions, in its order. Copy each line into the planner's matching field, or answer the online review and send them across in one step.
