A one-page Porter's Five Forces worksheet for reading the pressure inside an industry. Competitive Rivalry sits at the centre, pressed on by four outside forces: Threat of New Entrants, Threat of Substitutes, Supplier Power, and Buyer Power. Name the industry, write a few notes under each force, and the sheet gives you the classic strategy map with low/medium/high pressure chips to mark by hand.
