Bought one at a time, the mini apps listed above come to $9.98. The bundle is $9.99. At today's list that is close to a wash — which is the point. What you are actually buying is everything that comes after.
We do not name mini apps before they ship. The promise here is unlimited on purpose, and this page is where it is kept — it changes when an app is added, without waiting for an app update.

This purchase covers the mini apps — the small, single-purpose apps listed above. HourLife, the full Life OS, is bought separately and nothing here unlocks it.

The purchase carries to every device signed into that same Apple Account, and to every mini app you install on them.
Open either mini app, then Settings → Restore purchase. That is the whole of it after a reinstall or a new phone — same Apple Account, no receipt to find.
