The ceiling
Your best week.
Three hours of writing a day, five workouts, inbox at zero. Fun to plan, impossible to promise.
TinyPact · A HourLife mini app
A ceiling is your best week. A floor is the minimum you will honour when the week is hostile.
Name up to three chapters of your life, set a weekly baseline for each, and log what actually happened. Every Sunday the week seals — and Monday starts clean.

The problem with streaks
Miss three days to a stomach bug and a habit tracker sets the number to zero. Nothing about that week was a failure, but the app said otherwise — so you deleted it. TinyPact starts from that irritation.
The ceiling
Three hours of writing a day, five workouts, inbox at zero. Fun to plan, impossible to promise.
The floor
Not because you are motivated. Because you decided, once, when you were thinking clearly.
The word we chose
A boat drifts because of a current. The useful question is which way it runs, not whose fault it is.
How it works
01 · Choose
Health. Craft. Career. Whatever yours are. Each one gets a baseline in the unit that fits it — a count, a duration, or a milestone you either reached or didn't. Three is a limit, not a suggestion: five turned the whole thing back into a to-do list.
02 · Log
Logging takes about as long as unlocking your phone. The app tells you where the week stands — Advanced, Partial, or Drift — and never asks you to justify the answer.
Advanced
You cleared the floor.
Partial
Some of it held.
Drift
The current moved you.
03 · Calibrate
Calibration seals the week. It shows what you finished, names the chapter that drifted most, and asks one question: what did this week teach you? Then the week locks — a sealed week cannot be edited, not by you, not by a settings toggle, not by us.
The other half of that rule is the generous one. At midnight the slate clears. No debt carried into Monday, no chain to protect, no compounding guilt from a rough February.
Drift is data, not failure. Each week stands alone.
04 · Wait
Most of what TinyPact does is invisible in the first month. It is a record-keeping app, and records need time before they say anything.
Monthly review
Stability per chapter, and one sentence: I am becoming someone who…
Season review
Thirteen weeks, three chapters, four states, and no commentary at all.
History
Every week you kept, in the order you kept it.
The rhythm
Each layer asks a slightly larger question than the one below it, and none of them grade you.
Every week
Seal what happened and set one intention for the week ahead.
Every month
How much of each floor held, and whether the chapter is expanding, holding, or contracting.
Every quarter
Thirteen weeks drawn across every chapter, colour-coded, uncommented.
Every year
A full accounting: one sentence per chapter about what the year taught you.
Export
Every summary — weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly — exports as structured Markdown, with your life goal and chapter purposes included in the text.
That last part matters. Consistency data alone can only say whether you showed up. Consistency data plus the reason you set the floor can be pasted into any assistant with a question no tracker has ever answered.
Am I actually moving toward what I said mattered?
We did not build a coach into the app. There is already a very good one on your other screen, and it does not need to live inside a weekly ritual to be useful.
What it refuses to do
Private by default
TinyPact syncs across your devices through your own iCloud account, so the record follows you without a signup, a password, or a table of ours holding your life.
Pricing
Free to start. The full product unlocks with a single purchase, and it stays unlocked.
Start
Free
Chapters, daily logging, and the weekly calibration ritual.
TinyPact unlock
$4.99 once
Complete history, every review, the Ledger Ceremony, and the Markdown exports.
Mini app bundle
$9.99 once
TinyPact and every other HourLife mini app, now and later.
The bundle covers the mini apps. HourLife itself — the full Life OS — is a separate product and is not included; we would rather say so here than have you find out at the till.
Version 1.0 · July 2026
The launch story covers what we built, what we took out, and what the roadmap is deliberately resisting.
The other layer
Growth needs a horizon as well as a floor.
HourLife runs the whole shape of a life. TinyPact protects the smallest commitment you refuse to lose.
